- On what dates can I use the Pass Card?
Pass cards are valid for the dates stamped on the card, usually the duration of your trip.
- Can I let somebody else use the Pass Card?
The Pass Card is non-transferable and non-refundable.
- For how long is the Pass Card valid?
The Pass Card is valid for 3, 7 and 14 days, depending on which type of card you purchase and this is stated on the card.
- How many people can use the Pass Card?
Each single Pass Card is only valid for one person and can only be used by the card's signatory. Couple and family Pass Cards stipulate the number on each card.
- How many times can I use the Pass Card?
Pass Card holders can visit as many attractions as they wish and revisit as many businesses as they wish that offer a discount. Remember that only the named card holder or number of people on the card may use the card for purchase.
- Where can I buy the Pass Card?
The Pass Card can be purchased online through this site as well as our affiliated partners. Depending on which resort you are visiting, you may also be able to purchase your Pass Card from any business displaying the 'purchase here' signage.
- Which attractions and businesses can I visit with the Pass Card?
There is a printable list of businesses and attractions that accept the card on this site.
In addition when you purchase a card we will send you a list to carry with you.
You may also use our Discovery SMS system to obtain a list of specific businesses by category. For example text 'torbay tables' to 60300 and you will receive a list of restaurants. More details can be found on this service on the business providers' page.
- How do I know who accepts the Pass Card?
The list provided with the card will show details of location, business type and discount offered. Many of these businesses will also display Pass Card signs.
- What type of discount or offer do I get?
This is at the discretion of the business or attraction you visit. The list of businesses that accept cards is published on this site together with their offer. There is also a link to a more comprehensive description for each business.
- What if I lose the Pass Card(s)?
There are no refunds or replacements for lost or stolen cards.
- Can I use the Pass Card with other offers or discount schemes?
No. This card may only be used independently.
